Paytag Ltd. ("PayTag", "we"), company no. 516530003, Hatahana 1, Kfar Saba, Israel, operates this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why, and your rights. It applies to the website only; data processed inside PayTag products for our retail customers is governed by our customer agreements.

  1. What we collect
    Details you submit in the "Book a demo" form: full name, work email, company / retail chain, and anything you write to us.
    Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site, and approximate location, via cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).

  2. Why we use it
    To respond to your demo request and contact you about PayTag products and services.
    To operate, secure and improve the website.
    To comply with legal obligations.
    Legal basis (where applicable): your consent when submitting the form, our legitimate interest in operating the website and responding to business enquiries, and compliance with law.

  3. Who we share it with
    We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host or support the website and our business systems (including the website hosting platform, email and CRM providers), under agreements that restrict their use of the data; and with authorities where required by law. Some providers are located outside Israel; where data is transferred abroad we take steps required under the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Data Abroad) and, where relevant, the GDPR.

  4. Cookies
    The website uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed for it to function, and may use analytics tools that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some features may then not work properly.

  5. Retention
    Demo-request details are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and follow-up business communications, and no longer than three years after our last contact unless a commercial relationship begins or the law requires otherwise. Technical data is kept in aggregated form.

  6. Your rights
    Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and where applicable the GDPR, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent.   7. Security
    We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, in line with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017. No system is completely secure; please do not send sensitive information through the website.

  8. Children
    The website is intended for business users and is not directed at anyone under 18.
